- Searching for work alone is a depressing.

- & Once you get a job, the boss sucks.

What to do? Team up to help each other find work and make it good with a union.

How will we do that:

1. Roundtable: everyone shares what kind of work they are looking for.

2. We discuss what kinds of networks, communities, or resources we have access to.

3. Everyone commits to carving out a small amount of time out of their own job search to help another member of the fam.

4. Got a job? know your rights + how to set up a union at your workplace.

Rinse and repeat.

On fait quoi? On s'entraide et on se supporte pour trouver une job — et la rendre meilleure avec un syndicat.
Comment on va faire ça :

Table ronde : chacun·e partage quel genre d'emploi ielle cherche.
On jase des réseaux, des communautés ou des ressources auxquelles on a accès.

Chaque personne s’engage à mettre un peu de temps, dans sa propre recherche de travail, pour aider quelqu’un d’autre dans le groupe.
